i think that is a false press release. apple has introduced Iphone to hongkong and some asian countries already. i bought my stocks in hongkong, in the APPLE store, and got no feedbacks of that kind. to add, if you bought the phone or any other items for that speaking, its legally yours so i dont think anybody can get it back from you (unless you give or sell it, wink wink!)
